North Star Car Care – Shipping FAQs

When will my order arrive?

North Star Car Care is a small, hands-on business with a tight-knit fulfillment team. While we prioritize fast turnaround, processing hundreds of orders instantly every day isn’t always possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

During high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly, but will never exceed 72 business hours.

After your order ships, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
(Hawaii and Alaska delivery times may vary, but generally do not exceed 7 business days.)


How much does shipping cost?

Domestic orders with a subtotal under $50 USD are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
Domestic orders over $50 USD ship free.

International shipping rates vary based on destination and weight and will always be calculated and displayed at checkout.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking updates will appear as soon as the carrier scans the package into their system.

Where is my order confirmation?

First, double-check the email address used at checkout and be sure to check your spam folder. Occasionally, a typo in the email address can prevent delivery.

If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, please contact contact@northstarcarcare.com and include your name, shipping address, or order number if available. Please allow 2–4 business days for a response during busy periods.


Wrong item or missing item(s)?

If you received the wrong item, please email contact@northstarcarcare.com with your order number and clear photos of the packing slip and incorrect item(s). Once confirmed, we’ll send the correct item promptly.

If an item is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of what was missing.


Entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible with the subject line “WRONG ADDRESS” and include the correct address in the body of the email.

What shipping service do you use?

We ship North Star Car Care orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier used for your order will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.


Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, North Star Car Care ships internationally. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Duties and taxes are not included and may be due upon delivery depending on your country.


Tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package

This can happen occasionally. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please file a lost package claim directly with the carrier:
